To qualify for a refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:

Purchase Date: The course must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
Course Completion: You must have completed at least 50% of the course content. However, if you complete the entire course and request a refund, we reserve the right to deny the request if we feel the policy is being taken advantage of.
Refund Request: A refund request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Explanation of Dissatisfaction: Please provide a detailed reason explaining why the course did not meet your expectations.

Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days upon approval.
